PRICING
Customization requests start at USD 120 per hour for simple requests, up to a max flat fee (quoted on a case-by-case basis) for more complicated requests which may take an indeterminate number of hours to complete. Lifetime Support members receive a 25% discount on all service estimates.

To reduce risk, 100% upfront payment is requested for customization requests estimated at less than 3 hours. For customization requests exceeding 3 hours, 50% of the max flat fee is requested upfront, with the difference in final cost to be billed or refunded by the completion of the request. Once an estimate of the project’s scope of work has been completed, we will provide a price quote and custom payment link, if accepted. Billable time only begins after a full review of the request is complete including receiving any needed documentation or materials.
Cancellations
Once an estimate of the project’s scope of work has been completed, we will provide a price quote, at which time you may choose to withdraw the request.

Due to potentially conflicting changes after a self-customized template, we will be unable to offer troubleshoot support on Unlocked templates. For any functional errors that occur on an Unlocked template, we encourage users to migrate their data to a fresh Locked template and try again or request customization support.
UNLOCK REQUEST
Already proficient with Excel and want to customize your template without help? Just contact our Product Support for an Unlock request with a copy of your working template and we’ll send back an unlocked version. Please note that Unlock requests are irreversible and should be made only with high confidence in independently modifying templates.

Once an estimate of the project’s scope of work has been completed, we will provide a price quote, at which time you may choose to withdraw the request. If the request is accepted, we will provide a custom product payment link for your request.
refunds
Requests may be withdrawn without penalty after reviewing price quotes. Clients are entitled to full refunds for any request terminations owing to technical limitations or inability to fulfill the request terms within the rates.

In the event the request cannot be completed due to unforeseen technical limitations, we will provide a full refund to acknowledge our termination of the request, regardless of how much time has already been spent. In the event the request needs to be re-evaluated for greatly exceeding time estimated, we will provide a full refund to acknowledge our termination of the request and either renegotiate the price quote and continue our work, or share any work already completed as a token of our appreciation for your business.
