PRICING
Consultation hours are available for booking starting from USD 160 per hour. Lifetime Support members receive a 25% discount on all service estimates.

Consultation bookings are reviewed and selectively accepted on a case-by-case basis, ensuring we have the time and technical capacity to provide you with the level of service you deserve. Please provide us with details of your request and we’ll get back to you after an initial review. Once an estimate of the consultation’s scope of work has been completed, we will provide a price quote and custom upfront payment link for non-appointment work or a booking link and USD 160 deposit charge for appointments, if accepted. You may also choose to withdraw the request at this time.
Billable time only begins once work commences following a full review of the request and receiving any needed documentation or materials, or when the online appointment commences.
Unused hours do not expire and partial-hours can be carried over for future bookings, or refunded in half-hour increments (see Refunds section).

For online appointments, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. For non-appointment work, once an estimate of the scope of work has been completed, we will provide a price quote, at which time you may choose to withdraw the request.

For appointments, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees. To help cover any inconvenience, changes made within a 48-hour window of the appointment time will be subject to a USD 80 fee, while a USD 160 fee will be charged for no-shows (after a 10-minute grace period for connectivity difficulties) and any residual booking amount refunded. To reschedule your appointment, please reply to your booking confirmation e-mail and we will work with you to find a new appointment time.
We understand that emergencies happen! If you need to cancel last minute due to an unforeseen event, please reply to your booking confirmation e-mail and we can discuss your options on a case-by-case basis.
logistics
Consultation calls can be held on Microsoft Teams or Google Meet (initiated by Finpact Solutions with the link provided in your booking confirmation emails) or on an application of your choice (initiated by the client via a meeting link at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment).

For online appointments, once the consultation request has been approved, appointments can be booked using the booking link provided in your service quote confirmation email.

Once the consultation request has been accepted, we will provide a booking link where you can select from our available dates and times over the next 30 days, with at least 72 hours notice. If none of those times work due to time zone differences or scheduling conflicts, let us know what the limitations are and we will do our best to accommodate.
Once the time and date have been selected, a deposit of USD 120 will be processed via the booking link to lock in your appointment and allow us to begin preparing for the meeting. This deposit will apply towards the final cost of the consultation, to be processed after the meeting has concluded. Unused time can either be carried over to future consultations or refunded upon request (see Refunds).
refunds
Unused hours (in 15-minute increments) are eligible for a refund. To request a refund of unused consultation hours, please reply to your payment confirmation e-mail to initiate the refund request for unused hours.
